Crisp Walnut Cookies
Yield: 6 dozen
Ingredients
| 1 | pkg. | yellow cake mix | |

| 2 | cup | quick cooking oats | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | sugar | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | cup | vegetable oil | |
|
|
|||
| 3 | eggs | ||
|
|
|||
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | vanilla | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | cup | chopped walnuts | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, oats and sugar. Beat in oil, eggs and vanilla. Stir in walnuts.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool.
