Chicken Broccoli Skillet
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
| 2 1/2 | cups | cubed cooked chicken | |

| 1 | pkg. | (10 oz.) frozen broccoli florets | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | pkg. | (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese, cubed | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | mayonnaise | |
|
|
|||
| Hot cooked rice | |||
|
|
|||
Directions:
In a skillet, combine the chicken, broccoli and cheese. Cover and cook over medium heat until broccoli is crisp tender and cheese is melted. Stir in mayonnaise; heat through. Do not boil. Serve hot over rice.
