Brie Amandine
Yield: 24 servings
Ingredients
| 24 | crackers | ||

| 1 | package | (4 - 6 ounce) brie, cut into 24 small wedges | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | cup | apricot preserves | |
|
|
|||
| Sliced almonds | |||
|
|
|||
Directions:
Top each cracker with 1 wedge of cheese, 1/2 tsp preserves and sliced almonds.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
